At Bob's Beacon Marina we pride ourselves on having rental boats that are clean, safe and adequately powered for cruising or water sports. The pontoon boats are well maintained, our goal is to provide you with a worry free rental experience.
We don't want to overwhelm you with reading rules and instructions, however it is advisable to take note of all information we post on this page and as you book your boat rental. Your rental experience will benefit from it.
We are offering rentals with a minimum of 4 days this season. 4, 5, 6 and 7 day period rentals can be booked online or by calling the marina. We advise you not to wait until the last minute to reserve for your vacation as popular weeks fill up early. You will need to have a dock or mooring for the boat to be on when you are not using it during the rental period as we do not have these available and do not offer valet service.

The renter will be required to sign and initial a Rental Agreement before taking possession of any rented boat.
No NASBLA or NH Boat Cert? Make an appointment to take the test at the marina office the day of your rental or anytime we are open for rentals.
(Summer: Tues-Sat 9-4 $20 pass or fail.)

The Fine Print
All Rental Boats Include:
No shows, late arrivals or early departures are not eligible for a refund. Weather cancellations will be determined by BBM staff. Possession of the rented boat by the renter will not take place until paid for in full.
For an additional charge we offer a selection of water-skis, tubes and life jackets for both children and adults.
You must have a valid drivers license and a NH Boaters License (or one from another state accepted by the State of NH). We offer temporary 2 week licenses upon completion of an online test taken at the marina, an appointment must be made to take the test.
If the boat, accessories, engine and/or drive do not suffer any damage or loss at any point in time from the start to finish of your rental period we will not charge any loss. We will check the boat over with you before you leave the dock and again when you return. We will be happy to do an on water demo with you if you are uncertain of operation.
Boat comes with a full tank of fuel and it is the renter's responsibility to pay for any fuel used. You may fill at a gas pump on the lake prior to returning or we can do it for you at the local gas station and charge your credit card.
Picking up or returning rentals on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday:
Rentals are to be picked up on the rental start day after 9am and returned by 4pm on last day of rental. We want you to enjoy your time on the water, but we also need time to get the boat ready for our next renter. We ask that you return the boat on time. If not, a $50 per half hour fee will be charged.
Picking up or returning rentals on Sunday and Monday (due to the marina being closed):
Rentals are to be picked up on start day between 9am - 10am and returned between 3pm - 4pm (unless prior arrangements are made at an additional cost).
$200 down payment is refundable if cancelled 2 weeks prior to rental start date.
